Specifically, Ford has injured his shoulder while rehearsing a fight with his character, according to Deadline. The American media also affirms that the shooting of Indiana Jones 5 will continue while they wait for their star to recover, but they will have to change the production schedule to film scenes in which their presence is not contemplated.
“During the rehearsal of a fight scene, Harrison Ford has injured his shoulder. Production will continue while the correct treatment of the injury is evaluated, in such a way that the filming schedule will be remodeled in the coming weeks,” it was reported. you can read in an official Disney statement.
James Mangold directs Indiana Jones 5, the fifth installment in the saga created by Steven Spielberg and George Lucas, whose filming is taking place at Pinewood Studios outside London and other locations in the UK. Harrison Ford, who turns 79 next July 13, plays Indiana Jones again, while Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Mads Mikkelsen, Boyd Holbrook, Shaunette Renée Wilson, and Thomas Kretschmann complete the cast.
